Last week, three of our Hebridean Lambs were sent away, and yesterday I collected boxes full of lovely meat.

We have tasty, slow-grown Hebridean Hogget Chops, Shoulder roast (de-boned), Legs / Shanks on the bone, as well as Mince available. All vacuum packed and frozen.
